Curtain is hung at an angle away from wood pile by support cable.
For securing support cable into a concrete surface:

Steel hinges and Tapcon screws are used for securing support
cable to a concrete surface.
For securing support cable into an unpaved surface:

An eyebolt sunk into a cement-filled hole under ground level can
also be used to anchor support cable into the ground. Also, Figure
3, an auger anchor can be used. The center sections of bay curtains
should be secured to the ground 2 feet from the base of the shed
so that curtain does not rub against stacked wood.
